Refund and Returns Policy

At CatsTreeShop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your item is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with tags intact.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the respective product pages.

  • Non-returnable items include: gift cards and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired replacement.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund on their end.
